According to the Dota 2 patch from last week there is no update this week.
"Bear in mind that there will not be an update next week as we will be hibernating during that time."

There is 106 subscribers right now, even though the list shows around 2002 entries, the chances of winning a key is 1/106 right now. Since only 106 of the 2002 subscribed to the new channel. This is a great way to remove people that are inactive on the list so everyone can now have a fresh start, for those people that have the extra entries, you still have them.
