There is 144 subscribers right now, even though the list shows around 2038 entries, the chances of winning a key is 1/144 right now. Since only 144 of the 2038 subscribed to the new channel. This is a great way to remove people that are inactive on the list so everyone can now have a fresh start, for those people that have the extra entries, you still have them.
